Accessing Our Site

Account Terms:

You must be 18 years old or older to be a Member to use this Service.
You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address and all other information needed in order to complete the sign up.
You may pay by a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or via Paypal account, internet banking or cash.

Product Ordering & Prices:

The product ordering process is through online shopping cart or in person at the Company office.
The price of product list on the website shall be which you agree to purchase.
The price shall include packing, freight charges and other applicable goods or services tax, excluding custom import tax.
Unless otherwise stipulated, all charges are in Malaysia currency: MYR

Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address specified by you in your order, and after fully paid.
Courier delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is approximately within 3 working days; and overseas approximately 5 to 10 working days. The Company shall not delay, nor be liable for any late delivery beyond its control.
The Company shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or no one at the stated address to receive the parcel. In such situation, our courier partner will call you on your mobile to make delivery arrangement.
The courier partner will only make 2 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the Company. The Company will not pay for delivery charges to deliver the product second time.

You agree to inspect the Product for obvious faults or damages before you sign acceptance to receive the Products.
For your protection, all recipients require to provide name, I/C & signature upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

All products, services and information displayed on KKRC Online Service in your order shall be subjected to KKRC terms and conditions as listed below.

Payment: – The payment must be processed prior to KKRC Online Service before dispatch of your product that you have ordered and paid.

KKRC Online Service reserves the rights to accept or reject or cancel the order for any reason your order under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.

A) FULL REFUND

If in any case, your order is not dispatched as an incorrect information has occurred due to an error on KKRC part in pricing or product(s) information, we reserve the rights to cancel the order for any reason and will honor full refund after verification within 2 weeks, except in all Credit Card payment which is subjected to term of refund policy with using associated Credit Card Company.
After accepting your order, the difference in overpaid amount if any will only be credited to your account and offset in your next transaction after clearance in our verification

B) NO REFUND/NO RETURN

After success of your payment, you will be held any responsibility for any cancellation of any reason and refund will not be permitted. Hence No return or cancellation is acceptable.
If your parcel is returned due to your supply of incorrect information or unattended at your receiving end. Likewise, you will be held any responsibility for your cause and no cancellation of any reason and refund will not be permitted. Hence No return or cancellation is acceptable.

C) RESEND POLICY – Damage / Missing / Unattended

If your parcel is returned due to the supply of incorrect information (i.e. wrong name or address) or unattended at your receiving end, we will make attempt to resend you at your advice, however you have to bear the full cost of courier freight charge and possible charge of Rm10.00 as administration fee. However, if it is a case of specific miss communication occurring on KKRC part, we will resend a new one without any charge.
If goods arrive in faulty, buyer must make validate claims of broken or missing goods, customer must make immediate report within 24 hours to us and Courier Service like Post Laju etc and show photo of parcel in details of broken and address of receiver and sender as correct package reference to us, we will immediately initiate submission of our insurance claim on behalf. Once finalized and proven in order we will resend another new one without any charge at all. Customer must be held responsible to follow our procedure for the above claim.

D) FRAUDULENT TRANSECTIONS

KKRC Online Service reserves the rights to recover the cost of goods, collection charges from people using the Site fraudulently.
We also reserve the rights to take legal action against such people for fake use of the Site and any other unlawful acts done against the terms and conditions of the company.

The above terms and conditions are subjected to change and will be notified in our publication from time to time. So before your order, please read through the above Terms and Conditions to preserve both parties rights in our KKRC On Line Sale Store.
